Stayed here and loved it everyone was very pleasant and room was clean. Pool and jacuzzi outside as well as indoors. Gym and best of all gas bbqs you can use.

The Royal Anne Hotel is part of History. Built during the beginnings of Kelowna. Burnt down and rebuilt and now updates have brought this iconic Boutique Hotel into this century. But no mistaking the charm is still there. The staff are wonderful and make sure you go outwith the Best Wine Tour company in town. Give great suggestions where to dine and explore. Cheers!

The lady who checked me in who's mother is coming to visit from Turkey was very friendly and willing to talk about the region. My room was absolutely fantastic and I enjoyed every part of my experience. I would recommend this for anyone going to Okanagan as it's the only worthy place to be. We were big fans of the ping pong tables and the ability to rent bikes and other activity items. A big thanks and I look forward to returning.

Great suite clean and has all cookware. Very friendly stuff, great water view. Gym should be renovated. But over all amazing experience

In the downtown core, close to many restaurants and parks/water. Clean rooms and kitchen. Reliable and fast wifi. Luggage storage available.

Perfect location near downtown. Close walk to restaurant and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely a quality place to stay while in town.

Good service. Well trained staffs all around. I did feel staffs put efforts to keep guests happy. Asked for a microwave and it was in the room when I checked in. Parking lot can be quite full. Guest pays $5/day to park. Worth it since you are in downtown. Complementary WiFi internet is quick enough. TV cable provided by Shaw and choices are more than adequate . It is in downtown and pretty noisy area. Would not recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet evening. It’s 11:25pm Saturday night and I will need to plug my ears to sleep. HVAC worked well. Clean balcony, but no real good viewed from most of the units. Either you face busy road or back alley. Small pool and a decent size hot tub. None special. If you opt out of house keeping, they give you $10 bar credit.

Nice, clean hotel within easy walking distance of most downtown attractions. Highway 97 side rooms have balconies that really are too noisy to sit on due to traffic. Room had some peeling wallpaper, and the bathroom space is extremely tight. Good restaurant with a good breakfast, and ok bar.

Main staff are super nice. Great area between Vernon and Kamloops and plenty of scenery behind the motel.

No oven in the kitchenette, no breakfast on site. Pool is too small with that many guests. Lots of kids in the pool and adult hot tub. Nice beach and marina. Our room was right next to the hotels AC unit. No balcony, unless you want to pay extra. Maid service was terrible, although they did was restock our coffee when we Asked for them to come in. Restaurant was okay, drinks too over priced and same with the food. It’s tolerable though & convineant. Overall too pricey for what you get, go somewhere else. Also it’s by its self not as close to restaurants as other resorts.
