Bed was too firm, had horrible sleeps. The place would be an OK inexpensive joint otherwise.

Just finished a 3 night stay at this hotel. The suite was huge and very clean. The hotel employees were so friendly and gave us great suggestions for dining. The one morning we had breakfast, the selection was good for a hotel breakfast. We will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to the area.

We walked in and we immediately smelled a strong smell of cigarette smoke and we tried to ask them about it and the were a bit rude about it.

Nice place to stay after on a motorcycle all day. All I need is a decent clean room with a bed and quietness outside. This fit the bill for me.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms are cute. There is also a pool that looks incredibly inviting.

Very nice beach area in front of the lake. Great for kids.

Great rooms for the price and you can't beat the location. Our kids loved the little playground and we loved being in walking distance of museums and vinyards.

How this place can charge $165 a night is beyond me. Yes the staff is pleasant, but our room was barely clean. Floors were filthy. We stayed there 2 nights unfortunately and the same clump of hair behind the bathroom door (which was there from previous), was still there when we left. Service does not include making beds up in the morning, all they did was give us new towels and toilet paper. Shower didn't work right, water trickled out of it. We had ants in the kitchen area and then on the last morning found them in the bed. I guess we should consider ourselves lucky since one of the other guests had bedbugs in their room. No other vacancies in the whole town or I would have left right away! This place isn't worth spending more than 50 bucks on!

Just fine. Had ants around the door area, but otherwise clean and fine.

Old...never updated rooms.....but worth the price if staying for a few days to enjoy the beach.

We stayed here for the second time this summer and we've enjoyed the Richter Pass immensely. It has a fantastic beach, super friendly staff and plenty of parking for trucks and trailers

Tried to book our vacation here. Reserved a room two months in advance with a kitchen because we have a baby I like to make food for. They informed us a month later that the hotel was flooded and re-opened the day we would have left so they had to cancel our reservation. It sucks but I understand they can’t control a flood. They advised us of two other hotels in the area but neither had both a kitchen and were beach front properties in our price range. I called them back to see if they would give us the same room later in the summer. They have me the contact of the hotel manager. We reached out to the manager who referred us to the general manager. Again we asked the general manager to rebook later in the season and instead he booked us a room at the holiday inn without our permission for $200 more and without a kitchen. I tried to follow up with him and find out why he would book us at a hotel for more money without asking us but he never returned my email. Very disappointed in the service coast hotel has offered, our family will not be using coast hotels for any of our vacations anymore

We come down for Canada long weekend every year but first year at this hotel. Really friendly staff, great grass area and beach, a bunch of bbqs and they provide the utensils. Our room came with a dishwasher and the cleaning staff offered to hand wash some of our other dishes. Asked for extra coffee pods, towels, and bedding and they were always quick and responsive. Overall a great experience staying here

Beautiful family resort. Been coming here for years after Boucherie Beach Resort changed hands. Nice amenities, right on the water.

Come for Thanksgiving, Osoyoo's is empty and for a brief weekend of the year; enjoyable.
