Located in beautiful downtown Victoria on Pandora Ave this hostel is more like a professional and clean inn with it's own unique character and charm. With plenty of excellent rooms, comfortable beds, washrooms, laundry services, unlimited coffee and tea, big communal kitchen, included breakfast, dinner, and a specialty drink in their lounge your good to go wherever your adventures may take you. An excellent and friendly experience that I would highly recommend, especially for those on a budget.

The owner operator is salt of the earth, Jojo doesn't let any detail go by.

Great hotel. Great rooms. Great staff. The theme is medieval and the rooms look great.

Good location within walking distance of a major shopping "strip". Had a nice pool and patio. The lounge and restaurant were comfortable, the food selection was great and the kitchen was very willing to make adjustments to items to meet a patron's needs. Room was very comfortable and clean, with a small kitchenette.

Expected quality based on star rating of hotel. Batteries were dead in remote, front desk didn't have extra, had to take from another room. Then had to program the remote myself for the tv.

Attended a work meeting in their meeting room. Everything was organized when we got there, and they had coffee and pitchers water ready for us! They also were quick to bring extra chairs when asked for some more. Very friendly staff

Showed for after work/congratulations drinks for a bit. Sat around. Drank. Ate. Laughed. Good drinks. Good food. Friendly pretty staff. All around a good experience. Will be going back.

Pool bar is cool, food is OK. Rooms are big and clean, under renovations right now, but the staff is very helpful, and pet friendly is a plus.

Island Travel Inn is located in a great spot, right downtown in Victoria. The staff are helpful and expediant. There is also ample parking. For one of the lowest priced hotels in the city, the rooms are decently furnished and clean.

Nice place in general, pretty close to down town. The food downstairs is good too, for a decent price. Room was clean and updated, and there was always parking. My only complaint would be the older lady at the front desk on night shift was pretty paranoid and rude to me, but the rest of the staff was great. Particularly the waitress and the restaurant, super fast!

Location is convenient and near local landmarks and the waterfront. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Service was good, rooms are a bit dated, but I'm not spending my only there to sleep.

If you like quaint charming places this is the place to stay it's spotlessly clean and beautifully presented as soon as we entered hubby and I were offered tea or coffee being English of course we chose tea it was served from a China teapot into China tea cups. Breakfast was nicer than most and the lady running this place was absolutely lovely.

First off, Victoria is a great town. Lovely place. Nothing was amiss in my stay. I will, however, call out one employee in particular: Cal. Not only was I an uninformed boy from the States, but I'm also vegan. From the moment I stepped foot in that lobby, Cal helped me find a handful of vegan restaurants, taught me a bit about Canadian culture and monies, and was very personable. If you're reading this, Cal, keep being you.

Great location and the rooms were well kept and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The road can be a little noisy but not too bad overnight.

Great customer service, great food. Tone were nice and having a balcony was great. Really nice bathrooms too!
