The room was fantastic and the location was convenient, though as new as it looks, it's a little work down (walls have holes and some furniture are work out). Overall very spacious and great to stay at!

It's a 3 star hotel. It's fine! Very central in this cute lil town of Harrison. Small bed for 2 people but comfy. Bathroom is def old.. Some mould on the shower curtain, gross grout and not the best plumbing, hallways smell old... That kinda feel. Gym and hot tub were closed for maintenance... So yeah. 3 stars! Friendly staff. Wish they didn't use Styrofoam coffee cups in the rooms. ✌️

Convenient spot with a decent view, good pricing the pair of random underpants? I saw under the dresser last year is still there though.

Most of the rooms here are suites which is nice because the rooms are somewhat separated and most rooms have a bedroom with a king sized bed and TV as well as a fully stocked kitchen and a living room. The staff here is friendly and the service is great. Also, depending on which room you get, it may come with a balcony which either gives you a great view of the mountains or the Lake. This place was so nice that I wish more hotels were like this.

This place does look a little sketchy on the outside but it is in the process of getting things upgraded. When I stayed there was brand new beds. The beds and blankets are very comfortable. The family running it are very nice and they keep the place very clean. The only really downsides are that due to the age of the building, you can hear a lot of neighbors noise and the plumbing is very loud (but the offer free earplugs at the desk if you are a light sleeper like me). The air conditioning also needs a upgrade. I would definitely come back here if I were to come to harrison springs again.

Beautiful area

Reasonably priced. Has all the amenities you would need like coin laundry, microwave and mini fridge but no breakfast. Rooms were nice with a view of the mountains. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the cleaning service was inconsistent (hotel was clean but towels were not always replaced, beds weren't always made, etc). Some of the other guests gave the hotel a strange atmosphere (people loitering in the parking lot).

Descent place to stay but mosquito central!!

Absolutely stunning views, matched by the equally stunning rooms, cleanliness. A HUGE fan of this spot.

Incredibly disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this motel. We arranged a room block for our wedding guests 6 months prior. The block was only held until 7 weeks before our wedding, forcing our guests to book in advance to even our RSVP date. When some people chose to cancel their rooms, the owner took it upon himself to send text messages to myself (bride) and anyone who cancelled, calling them names and threatening to charge me in full for every room that wasn’t used (this was NOT agreed upon when arranging the block, and there was never a policy stating they couldn’t cancel after booking!) They were so disorganized I had 3 separate phone calls the weekend of my wedding asking why I hadn’t shown up for my room- I never booked to stay there for myself!!! Not to mention the guests that did stay there complained of dirty rooms and no hot water. Stay far away from here!

Friendly customer service and a clean environment. It is also the safest-looking hotel around the area. The fan is a bit old and squeaks a little.

Our second time staying here, the setting is perfect! The blackberry suite is a gorgeous spot to relax & unwind & the breakfast is five star!

Wohnmobile und Trailer dicht an dicht (die meisten sind Dauercamper) auf einer sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Anlage. Toiletten mit Musik, "Clubhouse" mit villa-ähnlichem TV-Raum, Lesesesseln und Galerie, 2 Swimmingpools und Laundry Room. 15 Min. zu Fuß zum See. Für 1-2 Nächte (75 CAD für "Parklücke" mit Tisch/Strom/Wasser) ok, aber länger Urlaub möchte ich hier wg. der Enge nicht machen.

Stopped at the Royal for breakfast with my family, they have a couple gluten free options that were great, and my whole family loved everything they ordered! Good service as well!

The front desk clerk was very pleasant, says hello to everybody. They also have a "Green" program which you request at the desk which opts out from room service every day so it saves on materials, you can just request anything you wish whenever you want.
