I was introduced to Habib Saulat by a mutual friend and since then he has been on speed dial when ever I have an insurance question or need service. He not only provided me with great service but all my clients who buy cars from me and insurance from Habib also thank me for referring them to Habib. He definitely has a lot of knowledge in his field of insurance. This review is to Thank RBC and Habib for taking care of my/my friends/my clients and my colleagues insurance needs. If I could give minus stars I would in a heartbeat. The absolute worst customer service ever. They never answer their phones and when they do you’re on hold for over an hour. So bad the it took over 12 days for a response and I had to go with another insurance company for subsidiary insurance. The manager Dean Shouldn’t be a manager for a lemonade stand much less a international company. They don’t follow protocols or rules at all, when you ask for a recording of a horrible call you had with them, they didn’t record it. Every time I’ve tried to communicate with them it’s like communicate with a brick wall, but the wall is more responsive. Even their head quarters doesn’t take complaints seriously.

I have had great customer service from this company, especially dealing with Lindsay Sathmary and Stacy Vandewert, Personal Insurance Specialist, who is very quick and efficient in acting on my behalf. Thank you both for your assistance when needed.

Millie, Krista and Leena have always been pleasant professional and a great to deal with. They have always looked out for my personal and company insurance needs and are always available for advice and any questions I've had. They provide excellent rates and unlike large insurance companies, they always answer your calls personally. No holds, no numbers. They remember who you are and offer old fashioned customer service.

After the insurance company made an error in my quote (as reported by Mark) it took this brokerage weeks to get me new insurance which led to paying higher premiums for longer then necessary. Mark advised that one of the erros was on the part of his assistant who he would be telling she could no longer work at home due to this error. They also failed to provide me with insurance slips so I was paying for insurannce for 2 weeks but unable to prove insurance so could not ride my new bike. There is a lot of charming talk but the work is substandard at best. The final quote included moving my home insurance to them which I was very clear I was not doing! In the end the same price as my former broker...but I got taken for $750. for their errors and undue stress also. Buyer beware, please know the quotes are the same for each company so find a truly compentent, reliable broker. This brokerage had been recommended, did not offer any assistance after their errors cost me dearly.

There are much better brokers

For the past ten years we've been booking our trips through our travel agent Pat G. She has given us the best trip advice possible. She knows what we like and she makes sure we receive it. She goes above and beyond to make us happy. Thanks Pat your the best.

I not happy about these so called changes..this company had change the staff way to many times, all policy's have change from every 6 months to a year and now when I was quoted for 2 cars and home insurance for under $200 I'm still paying over $250... also I have waited on 2 time for over 3 weeks for quotes on 2 cars...this is getting ridiculous
