Have dealt with David twice now in less than a year. His prompt service in getting my vehicles on the road have been second to none.

AGENT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE! I had a great agent at start for a few years ....she left Now i get a clown that doesn't return calls (2Months) I had to call back...They dont update info when requested 5-15 times. Not the type of agents that need to be working in this line of work. Money grabs and ignores. Well its time to find a agent that can clearly live up to what they say they will do or at least within a reasonable time frame. Adios.

I have thankfully moved onto a new brokerage and I would not recommend this brokerage to anyone looking for integrity of home/auto insurance and proactive client communication. It was difficult for me to reach a representative that could provide accurate information on my file or was willing to assist me. On two occasions Account Managers assigned to my file left the company, but Palladium failed to inform me. I inquired about searching for the best premiums before renewal, but this never occurred in the 4 years I was with Palladium. I incorrectly assumed that shopping for the best insurance before renewal was one of the duties of the brokerage. The worst part of my experience was I discovered that the brokerage did not properly document my property information, so the insurance would not be valid if I tried to place a claim. On top of all of this, my insurance rates increased twice without notice or valid cause. I am giving 2 stars because after painfully escalating all of the issues to one of the partners, he was able to work with the insurance company so I could cancel my policies pro-rata (no cancellation fee charged).

Been trying to deal with this agency for over a month. Not pleased with my interactions with this office and now State Farm. They have been over charging me close to $200 every month and it's like pulling teeth talking to anyone. I feel taken advantage of, I highly doubt they can do anything to repair the damage that has been done.

Really great service and a warm welcome

Since I changed to the Tom Post agency State Farm my insurance has gone up every month, and they seem to have another reason every time. First oh it cause the imagining wasn't in in time even tho it was, then 3 month after u took my 2nd car off the policy they say oh it went up because u took a car off so no multi car discount now. (3 mos later) so now for me who's almost 40, has their license for 23 yrs with no accidents, no tickets, nothing my insurance w State Farm just keeps going up and up every month. It's bs! I'll be getting quotes and changing insurance. If u want State Farm threw the Tim post State Farm, be prepared for rising amounts monthly!

they never call you back, always an answering machine. Will never do business with this office.
