NO JOE..You did not act quickly. You were "on meetings" for 5 months and we had to deal with an incompetent receptionist. Letter to head office is next. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Had billing issues for over 6 months, kept over charging and every month and Joe just hid behind the secretary who barely speaks English. Had to contact head office..STAY AWAY. One of the WORST customer service experiences (over 6 months and counting)

Bad service,
First they full of promises, cheaper rate and better service.
When it comes to the activation is different story, The rep: Zeeshan start to implying he doest believe me and he & I need to talk to my current insurance and try to figure out why I have three cars! Maybe there is something I'm hiding ! How stupid is that! This process started to drag for few days, till the point I felt he has no clue what he is going and he is just playing! Never ever with them.
