Wow. What a joke! Im fully insured with 3000$ rental coverage in case of loss or damage to my vehicle and now after they issue me the cheque 3 weeks after the accident the insurance is saying they stopped covering me as of the day the cheque was issued. Even if I did not receive it yet! They have me rent a car from enterprise and they won't call enterprise back to deal with the bill! Now enterprise is saying they will call the police and report the car stolen if it's not in their lot by 5pm. The insurance company is committing fraud by saying I am covered and not covering me!!!! This is ridiculous. Obviously they haven't been sued before. But they will now! This better get fixed! Beware people stay away from these crooks!!!

Not too impressed due to the lack of communication of certain members of their team but I can highly recommend Brendan as an account manager. He's extremely fast and helpful. He goes well beyond what is expected and helped me when I needed him the most. A+++ and I give him 10 stars. Ask for him if you decide to go with HUB. I cannot vouch for other account managers as after several emails and calls, no one got back to me for my renewal and quotes I requested, and for that I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. Regardless of how busy you are, you should always acknowledge the request or call back advising you will work on the request, not leaving your clients hanging. I took my business elsewhere. Had Brendan continued to be my account manager, I would have likely stayed. Please choose wisely before you go with HUB.

The employees are unreachable at all - after three days leaving voice mails no one get back - when left a message to manager I got a call stating that why you are complaining. Very poor service.

Friendly, competent staff and a convenient location. I've been here in person and called in many times, and each time I've had a great experience. Reasonable prices for their insurance products and, to be honest, even if i could find a cheaper plan I'd be hesitant to switch because the customer service is so good here.

I have had my insurance, both home and car with Rob for over 20 years. He has been a pleasure to deal with in goods time and bad. He and his staff are very professional and have always provided a great experience when dealing with them. I have not in over 20 years shopped around, because when you get great service, and deal with a great agent, there is no need to look around.

Jennifer is enthusiastic, empathetic, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to deal with. When conducting my client review, I feel she transfers as much knowledge as possible so my family can make informed decisions on our investments and insurance. I feel reassured knowing Jennifer is taking care of things for us because she is thorough but more importantly, she cares.

terrible service - they say that they are a small company but I never seem to get the same person (is it that hard to keep employees there?) when I do manage to get someone on the line and notes from my past conversation are never there so I have to repeat myself - may as well deal with a call centre. My messages are never returned and I have to call many times just to talk to someone. I asked to speak to Anthea the owner and was told that she doesn't speak to clients. Not impressed at all.

Customer service is horrible, one teller on with a line up all the time.
