My father bought a brand new car under his business number for personal use, we had trouble finding a good honest rate from various brokers and insurance companies who were quoting us rates ranging from $130-180/month. Then I was introduced to Jordan Hawn and Eric Lalonde by a Physiotherapist friend of mine. Both Jordan and Eric understood our circumstances and needs and took the time to tailor a rate specific to our situation. Furthermore, they went above and beyond to have everything done within 24 hours, which saved us substantial amount of money in car rental bills. It is because of this fantastic quality in customer service, attention to client needs and excellent rates (with $800 savings per year), we will be bringing our 2 other vehicles with Smith Petrie Carr & Scott Insurance. I've had multiple issues with this company specifically. Because of my irregular pay dates I would occasionally ask them to push the date which they would always forget to do, so not only would they still take out the money but it would bounce (they charge $50. for it) and then my bank would charge me $90.00 and then they'd try again charging me which would be another $50. Ontop of that, as a level G licensed driver of over five years with only one accident (highway pile up due to weather conditions, no front end damage to my car, OPS declared I was not at fault) they would use that as a threat to stay with them and tried to underbid me on what was covered. My rate rarely went down after five years and I had very small coverage for what I was paying (a driver of 10+ years with one accident, G licensed for over 5 of those years should not be paying $121 a month) Finally, on my fifth year of being with this company, suddenly they had "pay information issues"and forgot to charge me for FOUR MONTHS. I tried calling their HO and every office I could find to rectify the situation the first month but they never got around to fixing it.... four months later I get a bill asking for about $600.00 ontop of my regular bill. When I called them the most I could talk them down to was paying an extra $60 a month to pay that "debt" off. Once I realized how ridiculous it was that I was paying for THEIR mistake I TRIED to fix immediately and asked that the funds be taken off as no one "loans car insurance" they NEVER got back to me. Doing the math this month just before I finally switch companies I actually see they may have overcharged me this month as that debt should've been cleared off in October/November area. Seriously, do not go with this company, I wouldn't call them a scam just seriously, insanely, incompetent.

Excellent service with very descriptive plans. I've been working with Travelance as Broker/Agent and had served many of Clients with Travelance policies. Customer service and ease of operations are amazing, along with very competitive great benefits to clients. Always Fantastic support from Jeff for the follow ups/changes/refunds. Highly recommended.

Called for a quote, left a message, never heard back.

I have never ONCE had a good experience with Manulife. From disconnected departments that don't talk to each other, to total incompetence in offering plans that say one thing and then do another after I've sent my info in. Would definitely not recommend this company and have started making a point to single it out as a bad provider.

Recently I have sold my house and moved in the new house which is lot less expensive than my old house. When I call and change the address and told them the old house is sold and please update the new address. The renewal came 5 months later still under my old address which is much more house value than the new house. They have charging me 5 months under the old house value before they corrected to the new house. I didn't get credit back and each time is a change they charge $10 fees. They have change 3 times of my policy which is not my mistakes. Please look at your bill each time you change something.

Perry is a 21st century savage. You're a boss. Thanks for all the help. He was able to help me move from my insurance provider -who really suck- within 3 to 4 hours and cut my cost by 50% with my now new insurance provider Tanner Insurance. Thanks again Perry and I recommend him 1000%.
