I am currently ( April & May 2017 ) in the midst of a rather large scale , to me, home renovation with Prouts..... complete bathroom gut job and remodelling, new flooring throughout the home and a handicapped ramp being installed off our back deck. The men working here are extremely awesome ! Very very likeable, professional and curtious towards my needs. I was very Leary of having a crew here for so long but it's been very pleasant. HIGHLY recommend Prouts and their contractors !! Grant and his men are tops in my books !! Would use them again ! 👍👍👍

Waited 5 weeks to get even a quote, was told they were too busy. When I finally received quote it was a quick quote over the phone again told how incredibly busy they are and I was lucky if I could have kitchen renovated 6-7 months down the road. Felt like my business was a brush off and they were not interested. I’ve taken my $30,000 kitchen project to their competition.

Poor customer service and excessively over priced. They wanted to charge over 10,000 dollars for less then 8 linear feet of upper and lower cabinets plus vanity. What a sham. I have priced out 3 other suppliers at 40% cheaper than this ridiculous company.
