Lighting

An overdue appreciation.. A week ago I spoke with Rona manager Tim to tell him this; as a woman walking into his store I was nervous about doing any renos and what kind of service I would receive. I wanted to let him know that the 2 staff working in flooring and the guy working in the paint department were awesome! They helped me problem solve, didn't push me to buy products, and took time to listen to my project and even gave me some pointers! I was leaving his store as a confident, less anxious person and didn't feel like I was treated any less as a woman, as this has been my experience in other renovation stores. I unfortunately cannot find the names of the men that helped, but a big THANK YOU. I will be back to this store and recommend anyone to shop here.

I bought some LED lights for my project. Great quality at a decent price!

Really enjoyed working with Jordan on a custom light fixture for Folding Mountain Brewing. He was prompt, professional, courteous and the light turned out perfect!

For our company We will use this Rona as our very last resort I have made it company policy to limit our purchases here do to Numerous bad experiences with extremely rude and unprofessional staff and management Over the years (I hate putting everyone in the same category as there are also a couple of management/staff there that are top notch and not sure why they haven’t moved on to better things ) I have not voiced my opinion in a public form before today but once my staff told me what happened this morning I have realized something has to be said One of my staff members went to pick up a couple of items this morning as they open at 7 And apparently was there five minutes before the store opens he didn’t notice people we’re going in and out of the store doors so he proceeded inside to get items he was approached by very rude staff while in the store And very Rudely saying they weren’t open yet he apologized but yet he was approached again after this person went to a managerhe Proceeded to tell him that he would not be served at the counter until exactly 7 AM and how did he get In there He apologized and explained he didn’t realize it was still closed but it was one minute before they made him stand at the counter and refused to open the till until 7 hit I’m got a lot of staff Some of them are little gruff With the gentleman that was in there this morning is the nicest guy and never makes a big deal out of anything but he was mad by the time he left Absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous So disappointed I would’ve thought there would’ve been changes over the years

Amazing products!!! Even better prices. Always very helpful and extremely knowledgeable

Interiors on main is a great place to satisfy all your decorating needs from kitchen cabinets to all your window coverings. The staff is highly qualified and able to assist you with those tough choices . I highly recommend them.

My experience with the Camrose store regarding ordering windows has not been pleasant. After recently requesting a quote for an order, I received no follow up. This has happened to me on several occasions now. Bad track record. I now take my business to a more professional company.

Great place. I want to know their electric bill. Fun place..shall I include..well lit..

Service is excellent and they are so knowledgeable.

The lights on display are incredible, I wish I could afford to buy more. They had the perfect sconce lights for me, and beat home depot, lowes, and other lighting stores for my business.

Good guys, Great selection of higher end products, extremely knowable of the product...

Nice people. Very helpful.

Incredible selection! Knowledgeable staff!

So friendly and helpful!

Love Beth... she's a Rock Star!

Wonder place and great customer service!

This company is far from being professional, very unorganized could not find my order in the warehouse and it took 15 to 20 min to find it in the back, after I was told it would be on will call.

I worked with Dian Oatman furnishing all my exterior lighting needs after a severe hail storm damaged them. I sent her a photo of our house along with a budget. She responded with a number of options. My wife and I made our decision, and after a couple of emails and phone calls all the lights were delivered as promised. All went flawlessly. Excellent experience.

Large selection, and helpful sales people
