I'm a city engineer and these guys got speced on our project for Clemens, for their fixtures, arms and poles (whole set). Project went through public tender, HCI got picked based on their extremely competitive prices plus meeting/exceeding our expected specs - bonus. Their stated lead time was standard 8-10 weeks, contractors got the anchor bolts and templates within a week and got the fixtures on the 10th week, they put it up right away. Fixtures look sturdy, couple weeks later the city put up some flower pots and they look fabulous on the street. I took away a star because it arrived about a week late, guess the factory was too busy and pushed our project a bit. Overall this manufacturer is great, we are putting them on the next phase.

The owners Jeet and Jas are great owners, they were willing to work with my budget. Great selections to choose from. And the displays are great.

I would never return to this store, I don't usually write negative reviews but this one was worth writing We were exchanging LED's we bought for a smaller size. We did not even open the boxes we bought a few days ago, and it was clear they are untouched. Extremely rude and disrespecting, zero customer service. And when I replied that they would lose customers like this, guy replies like he does not care

Alico lighting is a very bad customer. No reputation! They picked up lighting products, and did not arrange the payments for overdue balance for over 1 year . As their supplier, we are very disappointed.
