Good service

Waited for 45 minutes in the store to enquire about some sliding closet doors on sale..left.decided these would in fact work after measuring the space, so called the store back after 7 minutes of voice ads the same woman answeres and i gave her the name of the doors and the bar code. I wanted to pay for them using my HD card. She explained she'd call me right back when she finishes with the current customer. 2 1/2 hours later I call again..this time a young man says ..yes o have the information. I have to run and get them and I'll call you right back.. I wait a further 1 1/2 hours again and call back only to find the store is now closed. Really?? Terrible service..

Great service. The wrap tecs were at Epic . The great work there was done by these at Grant's now . Worth the time to checkout their work at Grant's.

My order was placed fast and delivery was nearly instant, other suppliers quoted 4 to 6 weeks delivery I received my order on the third day.

Terrible customers service. Interested in a ceiling fan, she printed out the paper handed to me and left me standing at her desk and served others customers that came in after me. After 15 min of waiting I left.

Excellent service and good prices on quality lamps, let ghting and fans. Salespeople greet you but don't hover and are ready when you have questions.

Took them some 15 year old hand blown Italian pendulum hanging lamps. They easily replaced the old electrical inner parts, cleaned and polished the glass and referred me to an electrician so that they could be reinstalled. AMAZING customer service!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever come across. Two fixtures blew up in my house and when an electrician verified that the problem was a mislabeled European fixture Lumens was impossible to deal with. Both incidents happened near my toddlers and they had no regard for our safety. I have never written a negative comment on any online forum and hate to do it, but really think Lumens needs to improve there service.
