Super friendly and helpful staff! They ordered products in for me, accommodating me on my wish to not purchase the one on the floor that was on display, with no questions asked. The ladies who were working were so kind, I felt so welcome even though it was just about to close. Also, this location is HUGE - much bigger than any I have been to in Edmonton. They also had amazing post-Christmas sales!

The worst customer service you can ever get. I ordered a garage door with installation from them. I was told to expect a call within 48hrs for the installation which I never got. I waited 2 weeks and called them to know the status and they said they will follow up with me. Again I never received any calls or message. When I called back I was told they can't do it. Never got a reason why they couldn't do it. I went to the store to pick a garage door opener that I purchased around the same time and was told I had already picked up. Used to be a good store to shop but with these experiences I am not going to shop or recommend anyone to shop there.
