VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WALKED IN AND THE FELLOW WAS SITTING AT THE DESK INPUTTING SOMETHING INTO THE COMPUTER. HE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME OR SPOKE TO ME. I WALKED AROUND IN FRONT OF HIM FOR APPROX FIVE TO SEVEN MINUTES AND AFTER LEAVING FOR THE DOOR HE FINALLY ASKED IF HE COULD HELP ME. NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEVER WENT BACK. HE OBVUIOUSLY NEEDS SOME TRAINING IN CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE.
