What a wonderful selection of woods and customer service to match!

Watch out!!! 25% Restocking fee even if it's something they keep inventory of.. Charged me a $250 Restocking fee on a $1000 dollar order of about 10 doors that was out of the shop less then a day and didn't even move from the pallet it was loaded on... Never in the history of working with any lumber yard had them initiate a restocking fee on anything except a special order, an order that was out of the shop for 30 days, and a large order. You just lost about $100,000 dollars a year in materials orders due to your terrible policy and inability to negotiate. Will take my business somewhere else.....

These guys are rock stars when it comes to millwork. Excellent staff, tons of great history in Sask. Definitely recommend.

The team at West Four are consistently pleasant and most knowledgeable! They take a keen interest in supporting community which defines their character as a company that truly cares !

Seemed to have quality built products, but the owner is a crotchety old fart. He was very rude and crude. I suspect the business may be on it's last leg and will close in the not-too-distant future. Be wary.
