Great Tai Chi class again! I've been coming here for about a year. We I started out I was on a walker because I couldn't walk. Now, I just use a cane and I'm much more flexible.

One of my children goes here. It's a real special place. They teach with encouragement and positivity. All of the instructors are nice and helpful. The building is new and welcoming.

When you’re learning how to perform the kicks that this art demands you to be able to do it would be helpful if your chief instructor was able to efficiently demonstrate the techniques. If Ernie Hollis is still running this school I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to train as he is incapable of producing a kick of any kind much above his own knee. And be careful of the money game they play with you as you progress through the belt ranking system ... the more you go past your first degree black belt the higher the price is to achieve your next belt and you pay every midterm and belt testing , which they pretty much just hand you a belt for after paying the money because everybody these days deserves a trophy right??? Lmao ... I trained for years with this guy and I never advanced past first degree because I had no desire to “purchase”my next belt rank and to top it off, what good does that rank do for you when I’m a first degree squaring off with a fifth or sixth degree and I can completely mop the floor with your ass?? Don’t waste your money at this joke of a training school. Go to steel city martial arts in Pittsburgh or Aikido of Pittsburgh ... you’ll thank me later

I love that this gym has a family like atmosphere and it's a place where everyone in the family can have fun and train in the art of Muay Thai. The trainer makes all the kids classes fun where the kids don't realize they are doing some pretty tough exercises.

The instructors are wonderful, they all do such a great job with the kids. My kids cant wait till they get to go to class. They are learning so much other then karate. they are learning some Korean words, how to be patient, discipline, self control. Also focus which is something good for my child who has ADHD. Also great for adults as well, I love taking class beside my kids, Great family activity.
