CrossFit 819 is absolutely amazing!!! The coaches are so good at what they do and really make you feel comfortable and accepted at any level. The atmosphere is the best I have ever seen. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. Its a very comfortable place to go and it wont take long for it to feel like home as you are always greeted by first name when you walk in. l Love it!

Great place, great people, good workout if you come consistently and try to work out.
This place is more oriented towards getting fit with their KB beginner's program (I have not tried Jiu-Jitsu with them, so I can't comment on that) and it takes a while before getting to the sparring (Pro) program, requiring the applicant to pass a few practical tests.

Ive been at Douvris for 3-4 years now. The place is excellent. Friendly atmosphere, cool instructors and solid training all around.
I found Douvris only after exploring several other schools around the Ottawa and Kanata area and it is hands down the best place ive been to. It has helped me sharpen my craft and expand my striking knowledge to a high degree, all while having fun and being challenged by my world-class peers and Sensei's.
Very greatful to this dojo for helping me throughout the years. 5 stars.
