Clark Gracie La Jolla has been good to me. I started my Jiu Jitsu journey here about 4 months ago and have had a great experience. Many black belts that are helpful and great energy!

I took the 3 hour Women's Self Defense Seminar on Sunday. What an awesome class at an unbelievable price! $10! The class was very informative and gives you practical theory as well as physical instruction that gives a great foundation on strategies for getting away from an attacker using proper body positioning and leverage. I learned I can pick someone up and toss them off me when being held on to from behind. I also learned how to protect my neck during a choke hold and how to get out from under someone pinning you down. I felt the strategies we were taught were fantastically relevant to what might happen and what I can do to recognize, avoid, and get myself away from a potential attacker. It really boosted my confidence in my ability to protect myself. If you are interested in learning self defense, TAKE THIS CLASS! Great teachers! It's a great workout too!

This is still a great school and sensie bell and sensie connie are both fantastic instructors if you wanna learn great kenpo come here its very great and amazing i enjoy my time here so much and i will always consider this family because they will truly teach you kenpo and self defense and very good discipline. There is no kenpo without sensie connie and fred bell.

My son started karate at USA Freestyle Martial Arts 3 years ago. He has learned SO MUCH. He really likes Sensei Jackson, the classes, and the tournaments. It is such a well run organization.

Magdaleno Lopez Sensei is a great instructor. He is dedicated to kids as a father and he is a great life example as a teacher.

there's place is awesome The master teach us very detail , I like this place a lot .

My son, Justin, loved his teachers and lessons. They made it exciting. They taught well. Great job.

My kids have been training at JKO since they were 5. Hansei Miki, an 8th degree black belt, and his wife Sensei Sherry are fantastic instructors. They make the classes fun and the children advance at their own pace learning traditional karate skills from a world master. They have a unique ability to turn kids with average athletic skills into competition level athletes. Some of their students have competed and won at National and International competitions. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their children into a sport, but have concerns about the pressures and costs of team sport organizations.

I am in San Diego for work and I train back home. This place is reputable as known by people in the bjj and mma community. With my work schedule limiting me from coming as much as i want They were able to give me a real good price for 3 months thanks to Joe and staff. Also, remember their pricing is very reasonable due to the fact that they have everything like a workable gym, crossfit and other martial arts for one price. Last but not least great seasoned instructors in their respective art. So stop by and train when around SD

Master Armen is incredible. Amazing for my son, amazing to me, and keeps in touch 3 years after we moved. Cannot reccome down enough.
