This was the best martial arts experience I have had so far. Coach Danny is very passionate about Kyokido, Judo, Jujitsu, and is always open to learning more. This dojo balances tradition, such as Katas (or memorized and choreographed stances), and an open learning and training environment. Everyone is so kind, and helpful. There everyone feels like a team, and I have made some lifelong friends there. Overall, this dojo is one of the best I have ever been to and I highly recommend trying it out.

Awesome place to do capoeira. The instructors are great and help everyone improve really quickly. Super fun and welcoming.

I've known Paul Tom for a couple years now and he's honestly a great guy and a great teacher. Lot's of experience to learn from and everyone there is always willing to help you with your game. Jiu Jitsu helps your life in more ways than just fitness; take the time to try it.

Took my son in for his first clss and was amazed at the organization, professionalism and skill of the instructors! My son has pretty bad anxiety but the teachers made him feel welcome and wanted. He loved it and I'm actually signing up for an adult class.

My son has been going here for about a year. They are so good with kids and teaching them respect and what they need to know without losing patience. It's been a great experience!

This studio is run by honest, trustworthy and talented people who are very friendly and knowledgable. I have felt welcome and happy every time I've been at class there! If you're interested in learning capoeira don't hesitate to call them!

There is a 1 star review from someone we have not taught in over 7 years. We do not due contracts. We always see if we can offer someone a discount if they are in a financial crunch and we do not force people to continue.

We have taken class from Miss Heath for several years. Miss Heath is great with the kids and classes are always fun! As a member of the adult class I feel more confident in self defense and and have increased stamina and energy. Highly recommended!

Absolutely ideal for women's self defense. I learned so much in a short time because of the caring instructor, small class size, and relaxed atmosphere. I never felt judged or intimidated. It's women-only so there is nothing impeding your learning. They are the real deal. What are you waiting for ladies? Learn self-defense, it could save your life one day. I hope to return after my solo trip abroad to freshen up my skills. Sunny worked hard to get me ready in only a couple months for my trip. Sensei Davenport is a great instructor. His students regularly place in the top at tournaments and he teaches a very well-rounded style. My son has been a student for almost three years and has had a great experience. We are very proud to be associated with Bushi Kai Martial Arts.
