Perfect location, great teachers, variety of yoga and martial arts classes.

Not sure why there would be negative reviews about this place. I almost didn’t sign my kid up here bc of them but I’m SO glad I looked into their programs and did sign my child up! My kid loves coming here, is much more coordinated, is happier all around, talks in a calmer tone and starting here is the direct correlation to all of this. One negative reviewer says they don’t teach grappling but they do—I’ve watched my kid learn it and they’re very specific about the form while teaching...I would Highly recommend Bobby Lawrence Karate.

Fighting Brothers Karate is WONDERFUL!!! The owners and intructors are truly vested in these kids. They build them up to be well rounded individuals full of confidence, respect, character and integrity. I have seen a difference in not only in my child but in the other children in the classes. They provide such a fun environment and truly want these students to succeed. LOVE THEM!!!

Mestre Jamaika is an incredible teacher. He is world renowned and is by far the best in Utah!!!! Capoeira is so engaging I don't realize how much I am working while I'm there. I am in the best shape of my life, and I am having lots of fun while doing it!

Awesome team. Great to work with. I joined the adult classes and enjoy the Shotokan Karate-style martial arts combined with very practical self-defense techniques. An outstanding martial arts dojo.

My son started studying Taekwondo with Master Shiba four months ago. We are impressed by the quality instruction he receives from teachers that know him and are as excited to see him excel. He was part of the team from his first class. He is always excited to go to taekwondo and is excited for the opportunity he has to learn new things and to participate in competitions. As parents we are grateful for his instructors that are always willing to explain things to us. Communication with instructors is open and excellent. I am happy to know that I can find out how my son is doing at any time. In addition to excellent martial arts instruction, we have found a welcoming community of helpful, friendly people. We are grateful to have found Shiba Taekwondo.

Seems like your average Karate place.

All of those haters out there the reasons why he is hard on your kids is for one your not trying hard enough. Or your kid is being disrespectful to the master. And if your kid is like a red belt of higher he expects more out of you than the lower belts then if your kid is a lower belt he I pushing you because he thinks you are really good or your not paying attention or being loud. So to haters think before you speak and have you kiss tell you the real truth instead of lying to and making him look bad so the best time ask you kid what really happend.

Olympic Taekwondo from a Karate school.........Sure

My 10 year old son has been going here for a little over a month and he has been loving it! When I am able to step in and watch, I'm always overjoyed to hear Master incorporate values and respect with home life. Great lessons are learned here in addition to great skills in martial arts.
