My kids (5 years and 7 years) have been attending Master Lee's Taekwondo class for close to a year. Besides a higher level of physical fitness, I have also noticed more confidence and a level of assuredness that can only be attributed to these strength - enabling classes. Master Lee imbibes in the students self confidence and an overall sense of well being.
During all classes, he has an assistant who circulates among the students perfecting their technique and position. I would highly recommend this martial arts school.

Amazing and really well taught class. The instructor tyler pyne has a real passion for teaching individual's (kids and adults alike) not only self defense, but discipline, confidence, exercises and a way to stay in shape and have fun while learning at the same time! He has managed to keep the place running for years and continues to put all his effort into making each and every class count! Its a non profit class, so you know Sensei tyler does it out of sheer will, the goodness of his heart and the desire to help people! I speak through experiance as ive learned quite a bit over the years having tyler as my mentor. Ive looked up to him for a long time and cant thank him enough for everything that he does! If your looking for a great way to learn martial arts , get a good workout as well as many other important things while having fun, this is the place for you! Highly recommend bushido. Keep it up Sensei!!! And thank you!!

I was looking to start doing martial arts again after an 8-year hiatus, so I went around different clubs, to compare what's the best club for me. I stepped into this club, and was greeted by the head instructor. Pretty rudely, I might add.
I asked him a few questions, and his answers were short, as if he was looking to get rid of me as fast as possible.
After about 5 minutes of talking to him, he accused me of being from another club, and spying on his club, and told me that if I was serious about training, I would show up at his club on a specific day, and train. Then, without waiting for my response, he just walked away.
Of course, I wasn't serious yet about training at his club. I was serious about doing martial arts again, but doing my research about what's the best club for me to train at. After his very rude treatment of me, this is certainly not the club for me.

My son (8 years old) has been attending the Kids Judo program for the past month and he absolutely LOVES it! If you’re looking to improve your child’s self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-defense skills this is the place to go. Anthony is AMAZING with the kids, and you can see that he genuinely cares about the progress of his students. I could not be happier with Battle Arts Academy, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Kids Judo program in Mississauga.

This place is my second home, it's instructors my family. I have and will continue to rate this school 5+ stars..
Over my decade and more of practice, it's instructors taught me life lessons that shaped me into the adult I am today. I was given the opportunity to learn taekwon from some of the original Canadian students. It's world class set of instructors pushed me to new limits and enabled me to compete at some of the sports highest levels.
More importantly, during this time, these instructors taught me what it means to be to have patience, kindness, and gratitude for everything in life. I was taught to channel and focus my efforts into fruitful and disciplined outcomes.
Master Francois is well respected for his skill and chatacter. He along with some help from Masters Boudin, Philadelphia and Dea, MMAC is cultivated a community of respectful and humbled characters, dedicated to the broader community. It has provided me unlimited opportunities and role models for how to live "the good life".

I have been coming to classes with Sifu for quite a few years now. He has a positive attitude and caters the classes to each student's abilities and learning needs. He has a vast knowledge of wing chun as well as from different martial arts and will tap into that knowledge to teach how to handle different situations in a piratical and simple way. Sifu is kind hearted and genuinely cares about each and everyone of his students. The classes are upbeat class that is warm and welcoming. I have learned so much over the years.

Sensei Alim Sheykhislyamov is an excellent trainer with superb technique, his work ethic is like no other and he is excellent with his students. I enjoy coming to Challenge Judo Club and learning new things from Sensei Alim as his technique and ideology is like no other. He teaches you how to be both a high performance athlete and a man. His teachings have helped me to succeed in major tournaments. His judo camps are excellent because you get the best trainings three times a day and do fun activities like play soccer, etc. Also he brings guests from all around the world so that you can expand your knowledge of judo; an example being judo athletes from Japan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. I think highly of Sensei Alim and Judo Club Challenge and I believe that he is one of the best trainers for judo around the world.

It's not the place that makes it home, but the instructors there. The location itself is quite convenient, but honestly the dojo itself is beginning to get dated. I have been a student since 1998 and eventually have become an instructor, and it has been sad to see the site deteriorate. The club has every bit of potential to be an exceptional dojo, but the upkeep has been questionable. What makes this a 5-star rating is how good the instructors are. They are strict when it's needed, yet very kind and compassionate for the rest of the time. They know how to read your strengths & weaknesses, and how to create a very warm, family environment that makes you want to come back as much as you can. They are able to match the speed of information to your receptiveness and will work with you if you are willing to spend the time. It is definitely worth a try. Do not judge a book by it's cover.

I'm not going to say my name (and yes this is a fake name)but I do have a lot to say about this place. First of all this place has taught me nothing about karate. Yes, this place maybe cheaper than most other places but when I spend my money on something it better be worth it.Also the boss or head of this place was too head strong. I still remember in the kids class being 12-13,since I was one of the oldest in the class he tried to do a demonstration on me without asking,me not being courageous to stand up to him obliged and he tripped me and ended up being bruised.Extra much so called sensei?Overall this place was probably a scam.He never upgraded me to yellow belt even when the other black belts told me I should be ready and always told me they never understood why I was still at white belt.I never asked him why,but when ever he was frustrated on how I couldn't grasp things he would always tell me that I never tried hard enough and always slack off.WHAT??Where did you get this from?I remember being so excited for karate at the beginning of this experience to hating it at the end.He also said some stupid things like I had no confidence.I have never been here for almost 2 years and I've never been happier.I wrote this review when my cousins said they would go to this place and hope no one will get into this filthy mess of a school.I recommend finding other places to go to than this.See I'm not rich so I can't afford to give my money for nothing.
**p.s. ironically I went to another place saying I didn't know anything and after like 2 months I was already yellow belt**
Anyways good luck in the scamming industry!!!I'm out!!! And don't think I like this place because I gave it a star, that's only because in order to post this review I have to.You should know you don't deserve any

My son has been training with Master Kassem for 3 month now and during every training I see her passion and dedication; which led my son to love the training and continuously choose to play the sport with enthusiasm.
Watching the training and knowing that Master Kassem is an Olympic champion, I believe she has a lot to teach our kids on the professional and the athletic manners levels
