I have two sons who attend this school and they both love it. The classes are structured but fun and each of the masters is great with kids. I have seen both boys' self confidence and focus improve as a result of studying Tae Kwon Do. Highly recommended!

I've been learning Aikido from Master You for a few years. I've tried other martial arts in the past, but Aikido has proven to be the best thing for me. It's helped me with my overall self confidence as well as keeping me moving after a full days work at my desk job.

Fight Zone is an awesome place to train, the instructor Leandro Vieira and the owner Kevin Howell are very knowledgeable on their Juijitsu. Their techniques are amazing, attacking and defence. Their unlimited BJJ is amazing it gives me so many chances to go in and train. A plus also is the hour schedule. I went to many other places and could not fit any good schedule. Not only will you be training Brazilian Juijitsu with a great instructor leandro, you will also get a great workout and make many cool friends there, because everyone there is very down to earth. I recommend this place to any beginners and advance BJJ fighters. Awesome place to train!!!

Checkmat Valencia is a great facility. The instructors are great with everyone and have years of experience. When I walked in I can tell they take pride in their studio as it was very clean and inviting. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I've always enjoyed my lessons at this school. The instructors are strict, but it takes discipline to do good work. Go here if you have what it takes to succeed!

Doc is my instructor and I am learning so much! My self-esteem has really gotten better since starting here. This place is like my second home and the people are my family. I am so glad I decided to join!

Great workout, patient and engaging instructors. Learn Capoeira, Samba and Yoga in a fun environment. Other classes are being added soon. Learning to play Capoeira has changed my life in a positive way.
