Mr. Esteller came to our school and taught us self-defense tactics. He was an amazing, funny, and very kind teacher - and we learned something new and useful every day. The skills he taught us are very useful and efficient, and learning from him is an excellent way to build up confidence in your capabilities and in yourself as an individual. I truly appreciate all the time he volunteered into teaching us and admire the passion he has to help others reach their fullest potential.

Sanjit is a great coach, mentor, and a role model for the students. He strives hard, has a high bar for excellence, and motivates the students to do better. The quality of martial arts training in Tri-Valley Karate is second to none.

This is hand down the best judo dojo I have ever attended. I dabbled in some judo in college and also a little in Los Angeles, nothing serious, and then felt this was a deficiency in my training and sought out Tri-Valley Judo in Pleasanton after going to a few other schools in the Tri-Valley area. Sensei Kevin is very passionate about teaching judo and also a very humble and compassionate person. Many national champions have been produced from this dojo and they do very well as local, national, and international tournaments. If you are considering a throwing art, this is the place to train at in the Bay Area (Pleasanton).
