The technical proficiency of the instructors at this academy is astounding. Woolf and Danny are students of jiujitsu through and through. Their passion for the sport is unparalleled and is evident in their teaching and overall demeanor. My son LOVES the kids classes. Gianni and Tay are awesome and also love what they do. I couldn't be happier with this academy!

Dropped in while on vacation from Louisiana. What a wonderful group of guys. Great instruction, beautiful facility and competitive rolling. Justin, Rodrigo and Monty could not have been more welcoming and pleasant. I appreciate the hospitality from the instructors and the other students. If I lived here, this would be my gym.
B K Frantzis Energy Arts

Dedicated, knowledgeable, highly skilled, articulate and compassionate, this partially summarises Bruce Frantzis.
His breadth of knowledge, real life skills and willingness to share, set him apart from many other teachers of the martial arts. If you want the “real deal”, someone who truly knows and lives what they are talking about you can’t go wrong here.
Best wishes,

Full gym, along with karate and self-defense classes. The owner is very experienced and the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. I took a women's self-defense class there recently, which was chock full of valuable information and practice time. I've also worked out there in the past (mostly cardio). If you're in Willits and want to work out, this is your place!

I was looking to train while on travel for work and I found the Lost Boys BJJ gym. Besides being a great group of people they train well and were very open to me training with them. I was worried at first that I would not be welcomed because I work out of another gym but my fears of not being accepted were short lived. I look forward to coming back and rolling with them again. I don't normally write reviews but I had to do it in this case. If you want good training in BJJ go to the Lost Boys. Thanks again guys.
