Mortgage

We have bought two homes with Pam's help - and when we eventually sell and buy again, we will be back to Mortgage Makers Inc again! Pam is beyond helpful, and she always makes the best of each situation we've been in. She's found great rates with great lenders, and she has walked us through the process patiently and promptly. You can always count on a quick answer from Pam, and she has dealt with us even when we were in a different province. We can't recommend Mortgage Makers enough. If you want quick, non-judgemental, and effective service from a genuinely pleasant person, this is the company to choose!

I had excellent experience working with BEST RATE MORTGAGE, My Mortgage broker traded me with respect and explained the whole process to me. He was acutely able to find a lender for an accommodation with better interest rate then the bank would give me. I was even able to get a higher accommodation then i would get at the bank. I recommend ''BEST RATE MORTGAGE'' for a excellent cooperation and personal service.

I'm even reluctant to give this even a 1 star because they don't have half stars. I been trying to communicate with this account rep named Sharisa in Kitchener she called once and I returned her call the next day left her voicemail she didn't call me back the next day ok maybe one gets busy. But hey I've called her everyday for a total of 7 days and still no response. Even with after communicating with a real person on the phone that said they would send email as well. I have asked if another individual can handle the account and there representive said sorry she has your file and that she is looking after it. I told the rep is your office so big in Kitchener that you couldn't walk down the hall and find her and get the file and g t it to someone else. In the same conversation as I, expressing my aggravation with Sharisa I mentioned that I would like to speak to her manger and was basically told ain't going to happen to f I was stuck on a 5 plan I would pull my mortgage right away and find a different institution.

Heather and I would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to Garth and Jamie for their assistance with what turned out to be a complicated mortgage process. Their professionalism and dedication is second to none. They were quick to address any stress and put our minds at ease every step of the way. We highly recommend using their services. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Again!

My favorite bank, always so helpful

Brent at Dominion Lending Centres Brayco Financial continues to outperform the banks and provide valuable advise. We saved thousands by moving our mortgage business to him. The best part of dealing with DLC Brayco Financial was his 20+ years experience. Great rates and mortgage advise.

SO great to deal with. Check their rates online.
