Mortgage

Dave was fantastic, it was the second time we dealt with him and both times he was professional and knowledgeable. I have already recommended him to coworkers and friends! – Michelle W

It was such a pleasure to work with Emina kozlica. My husband and I were looking to sell our condo and buy a single detached home. Emina was professional and super informative. She guided us through all the steps and answered all our questions. She was patient and looked out for our best interest. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Emina to our friends and family.

From start to finish, Cheryl did everything she could to make finding a new mortgage as efficient, professional, economical, and streamlined as possible. I would highly recommend her to all my friends, neighbours, strangers, that are looking for a mortgage. Her knowledge, attitude, communication and perseverance are top-notch and put her well above any other broker we have used. Thank you, Cheryl. Thank you.

this is the worst bank ever

Byron is always professional, knowledgeable and honest. He will do all he can for his clients. As a real estate agent I have buyers that have worked with many lenders and I always love working with Byron! Things get done fast and efficiently!

Calvin Cox is amazing. Call him his team will get it done.

Working with Dan and Ellen and their whole team was efficient, friendly and informative! We would recommend Movement Mortgage to anyone with mortgage needs. Their customer service and willingness to educate us on the process was much appreciated!

Do not get a mortgage with this company! We were the victims of a fire in 2015. Our insurance paid the mortgage company for damages. We have complied with all the paperwork, inspections etc with the final inspector stating 100% complete. We had to pay out of our pocket for repairs and US Bank would reimburse. We have not seen that after over a year, multiple phone calls, faxes and more paperwork. They are rude and incompetent. Every time we call they need something else. Scam! They are holding funds and making money off interest.

Absolutely the WORST company ever. Spoke with 6 different people ALL told me something different. No consistency there. I'd rather sell my property than have to deal with this company. In fact, I did.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Fell behind a payment and tried to talk to them about options. Even though they sent a form claiming they could help wirk with us, they were unwilling to help because our loan is backed by the VA. In other words, they're only willing to try to help to potentially save themselves money in a foreclosure. We eventually paid that payment off even though we had been paying regularly on time. The day after we paid it off, the company reported to the credit bureaus again but didn't include any current info; credit report shows 90-120 days late. Called them and they were once again unwilling to help. It's been over two months, and feels like they're trying to stick it to us for having been late. Worst company ever; if we could dump them for someone else, it wouldn't even be a thought.

We just purchased our first home and could not be happier with the service we received from Key Mortgage. They helped us find the right loan to purchase our home. We had a ton of questions and they were so patient, answered our questions and understood that we needed some hand holding through this stressful process. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing their home.

Love my New House!!! The Staff at Member First Mortgage were always there to Help. Thank-You Member First Mortgage!!!

Please note that this is not CITI Mortgage or CITI bank. This is a broker shop they do not have any association with CITI.

This company is completely garbage I would give this place a negative 100, they do not return calls never seem to know what’s going on won’t communicate and I’ve had to reach out to them ever single time I wanted to talk to them. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy complete garbage company the worst experience I’ve ever had with anything.

Great company!
