Mortgage

Great service! Very knowledgeable mortgage broker! Thanks Irina!

Eric was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was always available at any time for help or advice or just for fielding questions I had on what my next steps were. As my mortgage situation was particularly unorthodox I was worried that things would be difficult but Eric went to bat for me and got me set up really well. Thanks Eric!

I have always been treated well at this branch. They also helped me with my first mortgage.

I would recommend Capital Mortgages to friends and family in a heartbeat. We met with Richard Morgan, and from the beginning, he made us feel very comfortable and made sure he explained all of our options and what he felt was best for our needs. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood his answers. Once we decided to go with them, he kept us updated with the best rates until closing time. We also had the pleasure of working with Kim Purdy throughout the process and she was FANTASTIC! She was always available to answer our questions and help us get all the right documents in order. She answered our emails very promptly and was always so helpful and enthusiastic about interacting with us. Overall, Capital Mortgages made our first home purchase so much easier because we didn't have a lot of knowledge about this field and they truly cared about us understanding what we were doing throughout the entire process.

Great people to work with! I would highly recommend Mortgage Brokers Ottawa.
