We met Steve online through an ad. He helped us with our mortgage renewal. Steve was very knowledgeable and had really great advice. As it was our first mortgage renewal, he held our hand every step of the way. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very patient with us, and for that we are grateful! He made himself available throughout the whole process to answer our questions and was very thorough. Thanks Steve for your help and hard work!

Let me begin by saying, I was not coached or promoted by Sharon to write this review. I have taken time out of my day to write this because my experience with her, was beyond excellent. In my 35 years on this planet, I'm yet to meet a business person that goes so far out of their way to help like Sharon did. A bit of background on our situation... We were involved in a real estate deal gone bad. We were purchasing a small warehouse in Pickering and found ourselves up against a very shady and misleading seller, real estate agent and condo corporation. They covered themselves very well and were sticking it to us pretty hard. It's fair to say that we wanted out of the deal but we're bound by a contract. Financing, which is generally the hardest thing to obtain was the only thing that went smoothly. Sharon even tossed in some counselling to icing the cake lol. In closing, I want to make it clear that the basis to this review is to let others know that our experience with Sharon was more than inputting data into a computer and getting our answer, it was the consistent reminders and coaching, late evening phone calls to see how things were going and most important, a place to vent! We would recommend Sharon in a heart beat! Thank you Sharon!!

Simply put, Brad is great at what he does. My wife and I are first-time homebuyers, and Brad took what could be a daunting process for first-timers and made it super straightforward. He's professional, transparent, and always on top of the latest changes in the market. I absolutely recommend Brad for all of your mortgage-related needs. Thanks, Brad!

Ram has helped our dream come true by assisting us with mortgage for a house we loved. His professionalism and calm demeanor, his knowledge and expertise in this area made our mortgage experience an enjoyable one and not to mention at the best rate that took us by surprise. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.

I had recently engaged Mortgage Alliance to assist in obtaining a mortgage for my new home. The team at Mortgage Alliance took the time to explain to me all the pros and cons of the various plans and found the rate and plan that best suited my budget. As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the process of obtaining a mortgage. Mortgage Alliance took the time to explain every detail of the process and kept me well informed throughout. Their team was always available to address any questions or concerns I had, no matter the time. At the end, I was able to get the best possible rate with the bank of my choice. Purchasing my first home is probably the hardest thing I have ever done. Mortgage Alliance ensured that process was an enjoyable one. If you are looking for brokers who will keep you well informed and fight tooth and nail for the best rate for, look no further than Mortgage Alliance.

So busy on weekend. Waited over 30 min and then quit... Understaff and staff are stressful... Don't care about customers' time.

Nice waiting area inside
