Mortgage

I would Definitely recommend them!

We have had the pleasure of working with Sue Gergely at Mortgage Intelligence on several mortgages and renewals. Her work ethic is outstanding, her dedication to getting the best outcome for her client is unparalleled, and her broad experience in both real estate and and banking gives her a unique edge over other brokers. Most recently Sue saved us from a $3k mortgage penalty that resulted from a bank error. Not only did she identify the problem, but knew exactly who to contact at the bank (hint: not the manager or call centre), and how to get the problem sorted immediately. We have happily referred many friends and family members to Sue - including my own Mother! Sue loves a challenge - self-employed, bad credit, new to the country, first-time buyers ... she will work with you to find your best options.

John went well above and beyond in making sure my deal came together. Throughout, he kept his humour with his tenacity. He made it happen with the rate and structure that we originally discussed despite many side ways events popping up. He made sure the deal met my needs and unique situation, not just the lenders. THANK YOU
