I've generally had good experiences here. The advisers are good. There's one cashier there (wears glasses, don't want to put up someone's name) that really does not know how to be discrete. She yelled out to another cashier how much money I was taking out of the bank. Thanks for announcing to the world how much money I'm carrying! It was bad enough I had to take out the cash without you advertising it! I do my best to avoid her.

My partner and I bought our very first home earlier this year. We had visited mortgage specialists at financial institutions and were not happy with the services we received or the feedback we heard from friends and family who dealt with them. Paul was fantastic to deal with, especially for first time home-buyers. His advanced industry knowledge and superior customer service skills make the process convenient and makes you to feel like you're in good hands. He even accommodated our hectic work schedules. It was horrible, we walked in wanting to open an account, there were 3 People working but only one serving costumers. The line was huge but we dicided to wait. It was very loud in there, tellers laughing and speaking in outdoor voices. It didn't feel very welcoming, so we went outside and crossed the street. Guess where we went?! CIBC!
