Customer service is horrible, one teller on with a line up all the time.

When i went to buy my first house naturally i thought lets go to the bank and see what size mortgage i can get approved for. My first meeting at the bank was not pleasant. The representative had no interest in helping me answer all the questions i had, they simply wanted to fill out their application and get me out of their office so they could get to their next meeting. I searched for another option and was introduced to Annie. Annie explained in detail the whole process step by step, and really made the whole experience of buying my first home exciting and comfortable. Any question, problem, or changes i wanted to make she was their right until the closing date. I will go out of my way to recommend her to everyone i know. Thanks Again Annie!

I dealt with Charlotte and she was amazing... even when we hit a bump in the process. My mortgage was handled in a friendly manner that my bank should be envious of! I also received a rate way below what my bank offered. If you call .. ask for Charlotte. She's the best!
