This Metcalfe RBC branch is a wonderful asset to community. The Royal Bank is Canada's premier bank, and with good reason. Despite RBC's juggernaut size and scope, our local branch is a warm and friendly place to do banking. I always feel welcome there, and the staff make a point of greeting me and wishing me a good day.

not the best broker not the best broker by far; tremendous delays in deals; lacklustre customer service; lack of engagement and explanation; a take it or leave it attitude; also prone to some suspicious behaviour regarding notifying lenders - not above board;

Justin Davidson was extremely helpful, was quick to respond to any questions and the process was seamless. I was not disappointed - he answered all of my questions quickly and effectively. It was all done online from the comfort of my home and even when personal ID verification was required prior to closing, they came right to my home saving time with not having to deal with the city traffic.

Worst banking experience I have ever encountered. Particularly the Dunnville, RBC Branch with Joe and Manager Nada. Not helpful what so ever with regards to small business financing and took more than 2 months to chase answers out of them. Never would they call to inform us of process we always seemed to be chasing them. Would highly suggest dealing a different bank for anything business related as I have done.

I have dealt with Mr. Tom Johnson at the Mortgage Centre on two occasions, this gentleman is a true professional who gets things done fast!
Tom always makes you feel important no matter what size of mortgage you are seeking, unlike the local bank I mistakenly tried dealing with previously.
If you want a pleasant, quick, no strings attached home buying experience then do yourself a favor and call Tom Johnson at the Mortgage Centre.
