I have never been as disgusted in the way I have been treated before dealing with RBC. The customer service skills of this bank are appalling. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. I have been a customer for 10 years, not anymore.

My husband and I bought a house 3 years ago and we used a different broker. What a mistake that was, but now that we have straightened out that mess Mike made sure that we are on the right path. Mike wasn't scared to tell us the harsh truth ( pointing out that we may want to consider selling ) but once we made it clear to him that selling was not an option he came up with 2 different solutions that would work for us. I'm forever grateful for his honesty and professionalism in dealing with our messy situation. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that I know is looking for a mortgage broker. Mortgage Savvy are really something else. The customer service they offer is bar none the best in the industry. They don't just focus on giving you great rates yet they strive on making buyers feel comfortable & confident throughout the home buying process by explaining everything in full detail & answering clients questions in the best way possible. I will continue to send my buyers there way as they look after my clients the way that I would. Really fortunate I met them & looking forward to continued business.
