I deal with this branch couple of times and every single time i went there i felt bad and bad why i am giving this branch business. In my opinion management didn't learn how to train his or her employees how to deal with customer. Zero customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good friendly service

Always in and out quickly. They are always friendly and assist me with any and every question I may have. When I opened my account, the process seemed to take way longer then it should have, but the man was awesome and had me laughing the whole time. Very pleased with this bank.

The people here are uninformed. They failed to explain why my funds were not able. Payroll should be released the same day not two business days. Never heard of them doing this. I went to the Westland branch and the manger there released my funds same day no problem but not the south Gate branch. Rude just rude. Can't wait until I close my account.

Tellers are polite, efficient and offer options to your specific issue, situation and or questions. Highly recommend this branch.

Their system has delays etc before you see transactions.
