The service is always great.

Charged over $3000 in “fees” on the day we went to sign the paperwork. Found out that it is illegal to do so in Canada as the lender makes commission off of the sale. Went to the bank we have the mortgage with and were told we could have just come in to see them without the mortgage “agent”. Expensive lesson to learn.

I have been banking with PNC for a while now and never had issues. Recently moved to the area and used this branch and it made me immediately regret having a PNC account. The bank teller was "new" so they used that excuse as why my money was not available when they told me it would be, and then when confronting the issue the Assistant manager had the audacity to argue with me and essentially told me it doesn't make a different and does not see the issue. The issue is I could have taken my money to a different bank and had it available by the time they told me it would be. The customer service is non-existent and clearly the employee are not very well trained. Bad look for a business in which should hold their customers trust since dealing with their money. Awful experience and am willing to go out of my way to avoid this branch. Thumbs all the way down.

Excellent service, set up a new account with PNC recently. My credit union was awful, and transitioning to PNC was painless. Janet Lobo at this location was professional on all levels, explained everything to me without any confusion, and really made my experience perfect. She is also very attentive to your needs, if I ever need anything and I leave her a voice mail, she calls back right away. She is always at the branch when I need her. Just amazing client service.

Polite and Courteous

Very very good service always polite and caring about your issues sometimes the wait is long but they are very careful about making sure everything is right I love my bank
