Suman my hero.....me and wife were looking to buy our first house.....credit not too good ...he made it happen saving us money at the same time.5 yrs later he is still with us saving us money .We are in a high debt bracket and poor credit but still he was able to find best rate for refinancing ..we paid of most of our debt and in the process he made a financial plan for us to follow to stay debt free..in closing I would recommend Suman to friends and family...

This bank has the slowest service I have ever experienced!

Great mortgage experience. Adam Schaterle is a grat agent, very flexible and always ready to help if help is needed. We loved the experience with Quicken Loans and their rates were competitive.

Unfortunately this is the only bank in town, which isn't RBC's fault, but us consumers suffer. The wait times during lunch hours are absolutely egregious, with only one teller open most of the time. Since it's the only bank the entirety of Wheatley deals with them and it's constantly busy. Another problem I've had here is the staff seems to have little knowledge of their own computer systems, holding me up for 20 minutes trying to raise my withdraw limit at the ATM, only for them not to be able to raise it. The Leamington RBC solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. It's not a terrible bank, but some improvements could be made to give us customers a better experience. It says a lot when your average wait time is 15 minutes.

Often homeless people sleeping in the ATM area. Makes you feel unsafe and vulnerable when taking out cash.
