Jerry is an excellent mortgage broker. I just bought my first home and was a bit nervous about making this big step in life with this large commitment. Jerry was exceptionally professional and not only had me at ease with this purchase he was able to get the best rate on the market. I actually do not know of anyone with a better rate. I agree with Trish P. I imagine I had to deal with the same branch manager. It is no wonder that when i walked in there the one day it was just me with no other customers. Any other bank there seems to be at least 2 or 3 people in line. The branch manager was rude within the first 30 seconds of talking to me. The tellers where great btw, i feel sorry for the employees that have her as a boss. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. This kind of rudely behavior should not be tolerated anywhere. I'd give it a 0 if i could
