Had such a great experience working with Bobby. He was super efficient and was always ready to answer all our questions. He guided us through the whole "first time home buyers" process and everything went much easier and smoother than I'd expected! Arlene and Carol are great! Twice they got us mortgages when the banks just showed us the door. They also helped a family member obtain a mortgage that even I frankly thought was impossible. Smart, kind & professional. Competitive rate too.

Obvious reasons

I had the best experience with Darrell and everyone at Nexx Financial! I was buying my first home and really unsure of the process involved with getting a mortgage. Darrell was so helpful and really on top of things - I got the best rate I could've asked for (and just like he quoted me in the pre-approval process) and he always had the answers to any of my questions. He definitely knows his stuff. I'd highly recommend Darrell to anyone buying their first home!

Wow we are so glad we had a professional like Jill to get us the best mortgage deal available. Not only was the rate way better than the bank but we felt like we were dealing with someone who listened and really wanted to help us and not the impersonal banking institution. Thanks Jill

I called this location twice and the person on the other end was so rude, I didn't even want to talk to them, so I just said never mind, thanked them, and hung up. Then a few hours later someone from the branch called back and when I answered they said "what do you want?". I was so taken aback. I would not ever do business with someone who spoke to me like that. Edit: it's been two months since I called them and they just called me again and asked why I hadn't made an appointment. I said we weren't looking right now and he point blank asked why. I said "uh... We can't afford it right now" again, he point blank asked why. I just said I have a mental illness and then hung up. I cannot believe how rude this guy was. I'm amazed he gets any business at all. So unprofessional.

They are not even aware of public exchange rates, poorly trained and even don’t know their own RBC policy. So weird and impolite. I am going to report my experience to RBC customer experience.
