I was looking for a new mortgage broker and my colleague referred me to Brad Speniel. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly he responded to calls or emails within 24 hours. I'd recommend Brad to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

I walk into the branch and I am always given good service! :-) If I have a financial issue with my account it is always sorted out with a smile and a professional manner. :-)

the worst conceivable customer service

Jesse was awesome! Has helped me on multiple mortgages and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Has his finger on the pulse on the market and hasn’t steered me wrong. Got me a lower rate when the market changed which I really appreciated. Have referred him to lots of friends and fam and they have all had the same positive experience. Looking at another place very soon and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thanks for all your help Jesse!

Krista made what felt like the impossible....possible. She refused to lose hope and stayed positive through the entire process of our "New to Canada" mortgage. Most banks had no idea how to go about dealing with our unique scenario but after being referred to Krista, I realized she was the right person to come to as she took the time to speak with all parties involved, and didn't stop until she managed to get us a mortgage...and just in time for us to move into before we get married. Because of her, we are able to start our life together as husband and wife in our very own home. We will be referring Lawless Brown Mortgage Team to anyone who is looking to buy. This experience has changed our lives forever, and we have Krista to thank for that. She was professional, determined, and by the end of our experience I feel like she is a good friend.
