Poor experience for the second time. They did not provide funding due to the lawn not being complete on our townhome and then sent a bill for the appraiser that refused to do so ($400). Was difficult to work with before and made the mistake, but hoping somebody else out there will learn from it. Tons of other lenders that have a better process, people that want to help, and less rules.
