I have to say that I had the worst experience there today - I had to deposit a chq for a client of mine as they were out of town on an emergency and I never felt so much like a criminal in my life! For a chq under 100.00 and from a large organization - and I have done the same at all the major banks and never have I been made to feel so small. I will NEVER NEVER deal with them again, and once my credit card is paid I will close it and not look back. I will also pass this on to the higher ups in the organization I work for. We have many policies (and I myself have worked at a bank) and there are always circumstances that need to be looked at. Use some common sense tellers at RBC!

Ryan is the reason we were able to get our house. He got the job done when no one else seemed to be able to. He always returned calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. I am very happy with his service and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
