went in yesterday. was having a fine day. teller wasn't in a good mood. she behaved like she disliked her job. I said politely how are you today. she might as well have shrugged and rolled her eyes. she made a face like she was tired of answering any questions whatsoever. I felt like I had been treated with not a shred of customer service. I made the option to come into the bank rather than doing an e-transfer-- now wish I'd done the transfer!!
