Moved from Toronto to Oshawa. It took exactly as long as they had estimated. Very thankful.

They were very pleasant and responsive. They did a great job moving my belongings quickly and with great care. They stayed extra even after we discovered that we had to completely reorganize the room before unloading my belongings.

Quite simply, they were the only good thing about the worst day of my life. If not for the caring and consideration of these people, I don't know what I would have done. When we finally did move in, these guys came on their day off. Quality human beings and fantastic service.

These guys are awesome! They loaded 2 houses in 4 hours and unloaded every thing in 3hours! We did not have 1 broken item, mats were laid down, they assembled items for us too!! They worked very quick but organized and followed directions on where everything was to go! They were pleasant to talk to and not one of them were rude! If anyone is looking for movers these are the ones to use! They also gave us extra boxes and did a free home estimate! Great work guys

Movers were to be at my home at 12:00- 1:00 pm didn't show up until 5:30 pm. Continuously asked me if I wished to change my method of payment to cash instead of credit card Did not have any tools to take the doors off of the appliances, I would like to know how they were going to get the appliances out without tools (my husband had to take doors off) Ripped the plastic covering on my queen size bed losing my hardware which was attached to the bag Futon mattress was put in the rec room when we went to set the futon up later, the mattress was soaking wet, leading us to believe that the mattress was dropped. They stated the futon frame would not fit into the rec room, I told them, unscrew it and take it apart (even I have done that myself.). At the end of it all, we spoke with the supervisor and we were given $80 off of our move....I couldn't believe a company would be so unprofessional and only offer an $80 saving.

Moving to Spain has been made practically stress free by using Taylor, they are a great team!

From the start the consultant's professionalism with the quote and care in making sure things got crated properly, to the amazing organization of the pack up and move out team, 7 months of storage and a fabulous experience with the delivery and unpack - the move was nothing short of first class!

I use Telep Piano today and I am so happy I contacted them. The job was a little trickier than anticipate and they still managed to do the move effectively and with perfection. Great communication, awesome personalities and I couldn't have ask for a better service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

21 days after they break my main TV they still haven't fixed it. In fact they called me to tell me they added a new base (they snapped the original) so i asked "what about the scratch?" Response was "oh uh we will call you back." Yet the paper work stated the scratch was present... called today asked if they cared about customer satisfaction was told I should be happy they haven't charged me a deducible... they can break your stuff and charge you that's not very considerate regarding physically taking your possession to their warehouse and leaving you with nothing... I'd expect a company this large to have better customer relations very disappointed. Cannot recommended them sorry.

Great availability of different products and great advice from staff.

My mom used this company this past week and the three guys were amazing! They worked hard ( even in the heat) ate lunch on the go and transferred all items from my moms house into her condo with care. A huge THANK YOU ! Andrea Thoy ( Joyce poth)
