Terrible experience here! Called and had someone out for a quote 2 months ago, the date was not correct on the contract that was mailed out, called 3 times over the next month to get new paperwork sent out before I would sign new contract, each time they said they were mailing it out, only to discover when I called today for the forth time asking where the contract is they tell me they are booked up! And there was nothing they could do! I have never experienced a company you have to keep calling who is supposed to want your business not follow through! Beware and do not use this company!

From start to finish everything was done professionally. They truly understand that time is valuable as they maneuver through the move. I felt as if the movers were on fast-forward as the wrapped to protect my furniture and moved all of my belongings. They are by far the best moving company I have dealt with. It was truly a pleasure to work with them. The movers were amazing. All very polite and courteous. Such incredible teams, such great service. I could not have been more impressed or satisfied. No issues at all with this move. Great to work with, reasonably priced, professional. I recommend it to everyone.

Very happy with U Pack. They were on time at each end and very helpful. Had some things damaged but that was the fault of a local moving company in Erie, PA that I hired to load the truck. Would not recommend those people.

I had a very tough and unique situation I had to get a 220 Gallon Aquarium down two sets of stairs. Rob the owner and his two helpers were on time and pleasant. Extreme care was used while moving my aquarium. Very Pleased. Would highly recommend them.
