First review: Really good movers. They showed up 15 mins early to prepare, wrapped all furniture with plastic and blankets, worked very fast and efficiently while handling everything carefully. They were also really nice guys even though they didn't speak english well. Great experience and I will definitely be using them whenever I move again. Second review: Called tandem again for my next move. Had another great experience.

Had a poor experience with them as they quoted us a price (about 2000$) for packing and moving within city, but went way above the quote (3500$). They had sent a truck to do the move, at the same time as they sent the packer. So the movers had to wait half the day for stuff to be packed and we got charged for that time. The truck was too small, even though the moving company worker had come to our house months ago to make the estimate, so the movers had to do two trips and that also cost us more. We asked for some money back, and we got no answer for months until we threatened them to go to the better business bureau etc. Then we got some money back, but less than we thought they owed us given the mistakes they made and the wrong quote.

This company is amazing! They brought all my stuff to Australia twice as fast than promised for a cheap price and everything was intact. I highly recommend using this company to transport your stuff. Finally, the owners are really nice. Always use this company.

I was transferred from Montreal (Canada) to Minneapolis (USA) and did some shopping around for moving companies that could do it through the border for my personal effects (condo size). I found U-Pack and it was great and affordable. I had issues with parking a trailer in my condo building so I called U-pack to make a reservation and make multiple questions, I found it was a great customer service, very polite and supportive. At the beginning I thought I was going to use 10 Ft of space but after planning my boxes and furniture setup i was able to fit everything in a 5 ft space. I called again to change my reservation, and again they were very helpful and made the changes with no issue. Also, I have to say I called several times to change my moving date, and every time U-pack service helped me with that in the best way. U-pack works with ABF truck company, so I went there with my stuff, and the local guys in Montreal were very supportive as well, Kevin showed me where to park my van and where to accommodate my things. I was travelling one week later, so in order to complete all the documentation for the move I had to wait for my visa documentation. After that I sent the papers to U-pack by email and they were ready to move my stuff to its destination (Minneapolis Station). I was able to track where my stuff was day by day, and when it arrived to the station, I called U-pack again to change the delivery type from station to my home, (I paid something extra, but it was worth it because it was cheaper than going myself and using a moving company or hiring someone). Before arriving, U-pack called me several times to let me know that the trailer was coming. When it arrived, I told the driver where to park and let the trailer, then he helped me unloading the ramp and disassembling the separations used for my stuff. It took me 2 hours to move everything to my new apartment, and then I called U-pack again so they could pick up the trailer. A new driver arrived 30 minutes later and picked up the trailer. At the end of the day, I was very happy with the service both U-pack and ABF delivered because of the great service and hassle free moving from one country to another.

non respect soumission soumision a 100$heure ont charger 125$ heure temps repas a 125$heure et pas gps donc 1 heure de transport de plus a vrai dire sa prenais 2 heure on charger 4 heure et meuble briser on garder dépot 100$sans déduire . meuble brisser . et cela un 14 mars 2017 . si il manque argent prenne vos meuble en garentie . moi j'ai des meuble brisser sans avoir u dédomagement . imaginer vous 1 er juillet lol .... ne prener pas cette compagnie pas pour rien on voit pas les avis
