Used them for a long distance move and cannot recommend. The guys that came and took our stuff away were great, they were super nice and really efficient. The guys who delivered to our new apartment were also very nice and professional. The problem was between pick-up and drop off though. When hiring them I repeatedly said that I did not yet have a permanent apartment and would be letting them know once I found one, I was told that this wasn't an issue. A few weeks after I moved overseas, I receive a message telling me that my stuff will be delivered on date X and that I needed to provide an address. I let them know, again, that I did not have an address yet and that they had told me that my things would remain stored until I could provide one and a date. After a lot of back and forth, they reluctantly agreed to store our things AT EXTRA COST!! Once our stuff was delivered, my antique table had a broken leg, one of our frying pans was bent (how the?) and multiple glasses and bowls were broken. Perhaps putting the boxes clearly written fragile on the bottom of the palet and covering them with heavier boxes wasn't a good idea? But I don't know, I'm not a mover... Service might be better if you're a NHL hockey player or a celebrity, but for us normal folks it was really disappointing.

They were supposed to call me 24h prior to pickup which they didnt, had to call them to know the date they set. Then they changed the date without telling me so i waited the whole day for them until i called them to learn that they changed it. Then the next day they were still not there at the time they told me. Phone doesnt get answered very often. Voicemail is always full.

Great professional movers. Punctual and enthusiastic...no complaints would definitely recommend.

Terrible terrible experience with this company. They told us they will deliver our stuff to the US on a certain date. They had our stuff stored for weeks, and only advised us 2 days before the move that they won’t be able to deliver on that day! We had bought flight tickets for the whole family and made life and work arrangements for that day. We ended up hiring another company from Toronto to come pick up our stuff from their storage and deliver. Obviously, that added significant cost. Even then, these people were giving us a hard time, trying to rip us off on the payment, and failed to produce a receipt (= tax evasion!!!) It’s a shame that this company even exists when they treat their clients this way.

Expérience en or avec Brault Déménagement, De la réservation au téléphone à la facturation cela a été parfait ! J'avais trouver la compagnie sur internet et les bons commentaires mon attirer à les prendre et je comprends donc les gens de prendre le temps de leur écrire de bon commentaire !! Le service à la clientèle : A1, c'est une entreprise familiale et cela parait grandement. !! Les déménageurs : Numéro 1, c'est plus que ce à quoi je m'attendais !!.... Franchement je suis impressionner du service que j'ai reçu.... Service personnalisé et à la hauteur de mes attentes mêmes plus !!... Merci pour tout !!..
