My favorite nail shop I hope it doesn't become popular. They work hard enough

Only place in town that had multiple nail artists that can do good nails. Haven't had a complaint yet. Minus that they can never get them sharp enough. I think it scares them before I fixed them vs. after. But that's completely a me thing.

This is one of the best nail salons I've ever used. They are talented and ind. And they make me gorgeous..

I just got my nails done here by Tatyana and she did such a fantastic job. It was my first time ever getting my nails done and she walked me through what she was doing the whole time and helped me get what I wanted. My nails are of poor quality because of how I treat them myself and she made them look shiny and very professional. I’ll be asking for her next time. - Morgan

Not happy at all!! I could have painted my nails better myself and was very rushed to get them done! And when I went to pay I was looked over not once but twice like I just was not standing there! Never again will I come back! I would like a refund but doubt that will happen!

My nails couldn't have turned out more beautifully. I absolutey love them souch I love coming to city nail because they are all so very nice and I feel comfortable with them another thing I love is the fact that when I break a nail they repair it for free. They are also open on Sundays and you never have a long wait time 10 out of 10 recommend

Jim did my nails and Angela did my feet... And they was both amazing. The energy in the entire establishment is good. Everyone is nice and they all do amazing work. This is my new home for my pampering needs.🥰💅🏾🦶🏾

Very terrible experience with the lady who did my nails. I asked her to shape my nails she said no, that other shops Might shape then but this is how she does them. Dip powder is suppose to look like a natural overlay of your nails instead it looks like a bulky press on nail. Never again.

I got dip nails. They lasted a little over 2 weeks before they started breaking. Lily was so nice and did a great job. I will be back.

I had a botched acrylic job from a different salon, and decided to come here for them to help me take them off. Ruby was so sweet and knowledgeable! She did an amazing job taking care of me and my nails. She removed the acrylics without damaging my nails and was really gentle. I plan to go back there to get dip another time! Thank you! Super happy! :)

Disappointing I’ve been a loyal customer of Allure Nail Spa for quite some time and have generally had good experiences, which makes this especially disappointing. I recently tried to use a gift card that had expired only 2 days earlier, and the salon refused to honor it or offer any accommodation. I understand businesses have policies, but showing no flexibility over just 2 days felt disappointing and not very customer-friendly—especially for someone who has supported this business regularly. Good customer service is not just about policies, but also about valuing loyal customers and showing reasonable consideration. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression.

The two women that style hair here are very wonderful to elderly ladies like my Mother (age 88) and also extremely reasonably priced!

Always good service

This was by far the worst pedicure I've ever had! I believe the nail tech did such a horrible job because I wanted him to use regular nail polish instead of gel polish. I literally came home and remove the horrible job he did and repainted my toes with the exact same polish and it came out perfect! He also purposely drop droplets of nail polish on my foot and legs and did not clean it up. These are some of the microaggressions you receive from these type of people. SARA your business won't last with technicians that operate like this! Don't go to this nail shop!!! Look at the picture, just HORRIBLE !

Kim and Lena gave me a fill and a pedicure. They both did a great job. I decided at the last minute to have one finger on both hands painted in the Buffalo Bill's colors.
