This was my first time at the salon it was very quaint very unique staff was very polite cleanliness was above and beyond and they have all kinds of wonderful little things you can buy LOL

I actually really like it here. Very quick and welcoming ladies. I got a mani and pedi with my mother in law and both of our polishes lasted over 3 months with no chipping! It’s walking distance from us which is a plus

She is just starting out but doesn't have her pricing to match her skillset. She charged me 30$ for shellac when I could've gone to a professional for the same price. Her 'business' is in her dirty basement. She was not able to file my nails evenly and then blamed it on my nails...I've never had an issue with this anywhere else I've gone. I should've left before she put on the shellac just by seeing her skills at filing I regret staying as I want to take the shellac off and I just got home. She didn't brush them after she filed them and just painted on the shellac on top of nail dust so they're very rigid and course and uneven...just terrible. Then didn't dust my hands off before moisturizing them so it felt like she was exfoliating my hands instead of moisturizing them. I asked to go to the washroom after and she went in there before me and I heard her half hazzardly cleaning the toilet. Then when I saw the state of the bathroom I was hesitant to even sit on the toilet as there was a black ring around the toilet seat....and no towel of any kind to dry my hands with. I am so disappointed and would give her less than 1 star if it was possible.

I did my toes, the place was clean and the ladies were wonderful. It was my first time here. Since I’ve moved to the area, I think I’ve found my new spot. Will definitely be coming In monthly for my nail needs. I

Best place to get waxings, nails. Very professional will take walkins if she can. Wanted a tint, she said I didn't need one as the brows were already the right shade.

Small but wonderful. Kimmie was absolutely awesome. Will be going back every month . Love, Love my nails and my pedicure. Tipped her $30 Buck's because of the service. Thank you very much Kimmie

I should have checked the reviews before I made an appointment. I don’t know how all the 5 stars are legit because I totally agree with all the negative comments. My service was done in 25 min. Rushed. Very basic.Soaked my nails in a cold ramekin. Had to finish filing my nails at home. No cuticle oil used. Was expecting a hand massage with cream. Got a dap of inexpensive cream and rubbed in. I had to use my own hand cream before I left the salon.

Highly recommend April, she is kind and very attentive to details. The studio is a wonderful atmosphere and very clean.

I had a wonderful experience here! It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I got Shellac gel, which looks perfectly applied, and I’m thrilled with the attention to detail and care they showed my feet. Really above and beyond. Thank you!

We availed 1 hour massage and pedicure with my husband today. The staff was nice and I am okay with the service they provided. The only thing that I don't like. 1. Billing was not organized. I was told over the phone that they do direct billing for massage but they never asked me how I would like to arrange my payment and never mentioned direct billing until I mentioned it. And even I mentioned it they still hand over my bill Also, our receipt was not ready even though we spent 2 hours there. They said that they will email our receipt but they never did. I had to call them million times. 2. Massage. I clearly stated that I want my upper back and legs to get more massage. But what I got was more massage on my scalp and hair. I was full of oil after I finished the massaged coz some parts of my body was not wiped with warm towels to remove the oil. Massage is my guilty pleasure but in this case I didn't get the pleasure. I am not a happy customer. Yet I gave them $40.00 tip. Update: I went there again with my husband after 1year thinking things had changed. Unfortunately the problem was still the same except for the massage. The massage was great but I will never ever comeback there again. I would not recommend this place at all. Disorganized, restroom was dirty, and they tried to rush with your nails when there are clients waiting.

Went here for the first time in 2 years and was pretty disappointed by the service. Being 2 weeks from my babies due date I decided to go get a shellac mani and pedi. Overall experience was not awful but definitely didn't feel worth it and felt rushed/rough handled. The lady I had seemed to be rushing and just trying to get everything done as soon as possible. Very rough with any of the scrubs and massages. I brought in a photo of the nail design I wanted and felt like it fairly easy. Simple white leaf pattern with some sparkles near the tips on 4 of my finger nails and similar pattern on large toes. She never asked if I was satisfied with the end result and the sparkles made it look super cheap. Being that I paid almost $100 I won't be coming back here anymore. I know my nails are short compared to the model picture but I feel you can clearly see the sparkles don't look good so I would have appreciated if she had asked me how I felt about it. My appointment was also 30 mins late. Not a big deal had I still had a good experience. Wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking to be pampered.

Horrible experience. Had an appointment but was not welcomed or greeted nicely. I had been wanting to try this place due to "good reviews." The lady rushed me to pick my color and kept saying "I dont have time." When I didnt decide in 30 seconds she decided to go and work on another lady... I decided on a different sticker but she said "please just put this one on," just to avoid having to repaint my ring finger again. Then they start speaking Chinese and laughing at the word "sticker," makes it evident that they were talking about you. Very odd experience, will not be back. Not happy at all. Save your money
