My new go-to place. I'm obsessed with my nails. I think she did a really good job. It took a little longer than I anticipated but the effort and detail was really worth it. It normally takes an hour to do a refill and shellac, I was there for 1 hour and 40 mins approx. I ain't complaining!

I will rate this company better when they learn better customer service. How could 1 person ruin a business? Poor customer service skills. With clients and employees, poor ppl skills - whispers/ quietly, talking about other customers - she’s thinks she’s right and argues about it She’s not good energy for Spa and Nails business.

I couldn't say enough good things about this place. I came here yesterday for the first time and I'm super impressed. The nail technician who did my nails was very patient and did such an amazing job! Everyone who works here is super nice and the prices are great, especially for the quality you're getting. Keep up the great work guys!

I got a shellac manicure and pedicure, and I was beyond impressed with the service and attention to detail on my nails. I felt very welcome into the nail salon and you can tell they go over and above to put the customers in their best interest. This is definitely be the place I will be going to get my nails done in the future!

Unsanitary, untrained and rushed. My thumb is swollen!!! I just got my nails done a couple hours prior from here. There is only one lady here who knows what she’s doing and she’s jumping back and forth between every client. All other employees are just slapping layers of gel onto your nails and then filing away at your skin. They put you from chair to chair using the same equipment they just used on the previous client without any disinfecting. Lots of cross contamination, and a general rush to get you out of there as quickly as possible resulting in a poor job. Did not follow the usual steps for a gel manicure. I’ve come here previous times and have to say the quality has gone down significantly, either because of the pandemic or poor hiring. My nails were burning every time I put them into the lamp, never at any other salons have I had my nails burn like that. And one girl slapped gel all onto my skin and when I told her before I put it in the lamp she said it was okay then when it cured she proceeded to drill away at my skin with the dremel tool. Now my thumb is swollen and raw and I’m currently icing it as we speak. Never have I had such a poor experience getting my nails done. Do not recommend. This place needs to be inspected. and for the sake of the sanity of the boss lady she needs to hire more capable people. I hope to god for the sake of this business I do not have a skin infection.

Amazing nails every time! Able to do any design, Nikki designed the nails in my attached photo. I have been going here for a few months now and my nails have not broken once so the durability is great too.

I have been coming to Chic Polish for a few months now and I love it! Cece and Mia are so kind and always pay attention to detail when doing my nails. I get Organic BioGel fills and they last so long, up to 4-5 weeks! I am very happy with the services and will continue coming back to Chic Polish! :)

Got nail extensions (really weak extensions; fixed 3 nails during this one visit because they just broke while they were filing to shape), uv gel, 2 colours, 6 stones and 2 tiny stones. Paid $140 plus tip. Extensions+Uv gel $50, 6 big stones and 2 tiny stones (I think the stones should've been at most $64 altogether). All inclusive price (not including tip) should've costed $112-$125 in my opinion (I’ve been getting my nails done for 5 yrs). It’s definitely not worth it and won’t be coming here again. Cici Nails and TangTang Nails at Pmall gives better service and prices are also more reasonable for what you get. Edit: as expected, nail broke within 6 hrs of getting it done. Avoid here if you can, really. Legit rip off because the quality of the products they use (from nail filer to nail polish to nail extensions) is extremely low quality.

Price was quoted incorrectly on the phone by the owner. No water was available for manicure or pedicure at this location. Didn’t end up doing what I wanted.

Service and hand Work is excellent

1. These are the fanciest looking nails I’ve ever had 💅 2. They follow covid protocol and distancing 3. My nail tech created the design with me and helped me choose the colour 4. She very carefully shaped and did the design 5. She stayed late to make sure my nails look awesome 👏 Thank you!!

It was an amazing experience! Linda did my nails and Ryna did my sisters nails and we just had an amazing time all around. Everyone was super nice and friendly! Linda was great to talk to as well! And we are both very happy with our nails! The atmosphere is very calm as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Came here for a UV gel fill and colour. Came to 35$. Took around an hour. She was super keen and corrected everything. Not a single air bubble or dust bump. Definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service. The owner will tell you somwthing is ugly because shes not talented enough to do even a basic ombre. Half of these reviews are fake and from her own family. Dont waist your money here
