ABSOLUTE worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure specifically and they did my toes with regular polish. The guy doing my nails cut me so bad and was digging his nails into my nail beds the whole entire time and my nails look AWFUL.

My usual place, but never again. Went in for a fill and color change, along with a pedicure. I had previously had gel, so they told me that it would be $5 to remove gel if I didn’t want gel again, or they would not charge me the $5 removal if I did want gel this time. I told them they could do gel again, but was charged $15 each for gel on hands and feet. I requested maroon nails with a matte top coat. The gentlemen began working on my nails during the pedicure, and once done began applying a shiny topcoat to my hand. I reminded him that I had asked for the matte topcoat, so he painted over the shiny topcoat on one hand with the matte. Finished everything and paid $97 for a fill and pedicure. Noticed that the hand with the shiny and matte began looking uneven and discolored before I even made it home, and began peeling by the next morning. Went back the following day to have it fixed, the gentlemen blamed it on me, stating it was discolored and peeling because I use my hand to pick things up (less then 24 hours after). He had another nail tech redo the topcoat, but even after this my nails are peeling and discolored. Product seemed very old. Too pricey to be disappointed with outcome of nails.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low... the quality of the gel pedicure I got was amazing and their customer service was also good. The price was a little higher than I expected but she spent a lot of time and attention to detail so I was happy.

This is a treasure hidden in the town, stumbled on this place in 106°heat, they are luxury at it's finest, tea and treats, cool relaxing environment one I have never experienced for a nail spa. Thanks for the service, professional, accurate and most enjoyable. I will be coming here from now on😍

Went here with my girlfriend to get two pedicures. They were too busy to get us in at the same time. He apologized and we left. We went a mile away and found Hot Springs Nails & Spa and they looked too busy from outside so we started back out of the front parking spot. The owner came out on the phone and waving at us and told us the owner from forever Nails & Spa just called and was telling me to look out for us. She is able to fit us in after 10 minutes! Amazing customer service and went well over the expectations and we will back. Thank you for being awesome!

the lady who did my nails did such a bad job. i asked for the almond shape for acrylics and they did that but some of my nails weren’t even in size or shape. it has been almost a week and my nails already started to pop off already. usually when i get my nails done and have acrylics it usually lasts me about a month or so depending on how good the nail tech is. i don’t recommend going to this nail salon at all.
