Called ahead for a gel polish color change. Showed up at the agreed upon time. The ladies were friendly, the shop was clean with one other customer. They finished up a multi service on that lady and helped me right away. I just wanted a polish change on a gel manicure I got a week and a half ago at another shop. The girl asked if I wanted my nails cut down, which I did not, I appreciated this as most places will just cut them without asking. She did a great job, charged me a fair rate and I was on my way. I am very happy with the outcome. I visit the area annually and would visit this shop again.

I always enjoy my time here and leave beautified and relaxed. Excellent service and I appreciate the consideration shown by everyone in wearing a mask.

I'm not sure if they are the same owners from the previous reviews on here, but the two ppl who are there now are amazing. I'm new to the mountain and was afraid of trying a new location. They did an amazing job and I've been happy every single time I have came in. ... they've actually gotten better now that they know what I I like. I highly recommend....and I've done manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax.

Fast service, good price

Pedicure was okay in the sense the nails look good, except the fact that the objective seems to be to get you out of the chair as fast as possible instead of having any time to relax. For how fast the pedicure is I think $30 is too high of a price, I also paid an extra $5 for a foot scrub and my feet were rubbed for what felt like 30 seconds and the scrub was rinsed off before it could dissolve. My acrylics on the other hand were terrible!! I left with glue all over my fingers, uneven nail shapes, two cut cuticles that made me bleed twice (she never changed the towel or cleaned/disenfected the cut cuticle that was bleeding, she had a terrible attitude and the entire time I had to hear her sigh in frustration when the phone would ring, customer needed help, etc and I think that she was applying that same frustration onto my nails because it hurt so bad! I've been getting acrylics and manicures for over 20 years and I've never felt pain or even bled from a cuticle, she was so rough with the drills! Which I understand she is probably the owner or manager and she had to manage the salon and work but again when you're paying almost $40 for a set the least you can have is a calming atmosphere and at the very least leave with a set you will like for the next few weeks!

Lucy is the most amazing technician, sweet and classy and my nails are always so beautiful!
